The post of Club 4 U Head of Services is responsible for the delivery of all Club 4 U services and includes Breakfast Club, After School Club, Holiday Club and Playgroup.

Purpose of post

  • The post holder will have direct responsibility for the running of Club 4 U
  • This post will have strategic responsibility for the care within Club 4 U
  • The Head of Services will have strategic /operational responsibility for all spaces across two sites

Key areas  

  • Strategic management of delivery of high quality services 
  • Provide leadership and management for a team of 15 staff 
  • Responsibility for the buildings out of which the services are delivered, including liaison between both schools and Club 4 U
  • Take a lead in Human Resource matters, carrying out investigations and appeal processes as needed, and developing other members of the team to do the same
  • Liaise with the Board of Directors, staff and the school to develop and deliver an annual Business Plan, balancing the demands of the service and legal and statutory requirements
  • Commitment to developing and maintaining relationships between Club 4 U, staff, parents and the wider community
  • Responsibility to keep the Board of Directors updated on key Operational and Strategic Changes
  • Keep up to date with Ofsted Compliance and Legislative changes that will impact the Club 4 U services and report to the Directors on any changes required as a result of any changes
