Organisation Context

The Children’s Work Department (Space) provides Breakfast Club, under 5 and over 5 activities, After-School Clubs (where children are collected from local schools in the area), and Play Schemes that run in both the boroughs of Kingston and Merton. The Children’s Work at YMCA Hawker is entering a new stage with its new Soft Play facility and classes. There is provision for children with special needs through the Sensory Room in addition to soft play.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pod Coordinator to  lead a staff team, ensuring the safe and creative delivery of soft play sessions and parties to customers at the centre; together with maintaining records and assisting in the administration of party and private hire bookings.

Does this sound like you?  You will have previously worked with children and families in a professional setting,able to show initiative and are able to relate to a wide range of people.
