Replacing certificates for CACHE qualifications

If you or any of your staff have managed to lose, or misplace your NVQ certificates, don't panic. You just need to complete the downloadable form from the CACHE website and send it off with the appropriate payment, and they will send you a duplicate certificate. Having had this problem myself, I have found the service to be very efficient, with the new certificate arriving within a week.

Replacement certificates cost £49.00 each. This replacement cost is non-refundable and includes a search fee and the cost of the certificate.

It is also possible to get transcripts (showing unit grades) for NNEB candidates who registered for the Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB) and Certificate in Child care (CCE) with CACHE between September 1992 and August 2000. If ordering a duplicate certificate and transcript for NNEB or CCE pre 2000 at the same time, only a single charge will apply. Learners who registered for NNEB or CCE between September 1992 and 2002 and who did not complete the course, may apply for an Interim Transcript showing completed units and grades, if on record at CACHE. If applying for this, you should include an A4 stamped addressed envelope with your completed request form.
