Location:Hybrid working - mostly remote with some work at Fairfield Playcentre, Camden Town, London
Hours:28-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support flexible working and can accommodate people who want to work term-time only.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Finance Coordinator. If you are an energetic, enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail and good interpersonal skills who is looking for a flexible part-time role, this could be for you!

What to expect in this role:

In this role you will assist our Finance Manager with processing and administrative support for financial accounting activities.  Your duties will include preparing payment runs, processing bills, invoices and staff expenses and reconciling our booking system with our accounting system. You will also deal with queries and maintain records in accordance with good practice, internal policies, and relevant legislation.


The person we are looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will have a book-keeping qualification at AAT and above (Accounting Qualification desirable) and experience in a similar finance role . You will have a good knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Xero accounting software or similar. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and efficiency will complement your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate financial matters to non-financial staff.
