The OOSA Ambassadors are the 'OOSA inner circle' of committed, ambitious out of school setting owners who have come together for a year to focus on securing and growing their business. The Ambassadors are all about community, connection and collaboration; supporting each other to find solutions, share ideas and champion each other through facilitated monthly mastermind sessions. 

The OOSA Ambassadors are a varied group of people with different expertise and experience abut all with the same focus of using the 12 months they have together to transform their businesses for the better. 

The Out of School Alliance is more than just a website; it's a community of support and learning, where members can get the highest quality support from experts in the out of school sector.

Led by Rebekah Jackson Reece, childcare business expert and advocate for school aged childcare sector, OOSA has gone from strength to strength since 2021. New in 2023 and now welcoming applications for the 2024 cohort, Rebekah is combining her business programmes plus out of school support into one exclusive, high level programme;

Our aim for OOSA Ambassadors is to create aplace where connection and support is everything. Where collaboration and growth happens; learning together with people who will stand in your corner.

Where both practice and business understanding and improvement is the baseline, but where real results come from belief in and growth of you as a person and us as a collective.

  • For you if you have established businesses and want to make a difference, not just to their own operations, but to the wider sector as well.

OOSA Ambassadors will have access to an exclusive and unrivalled level of support to grow, secure and maximise the potential of their business over the year.

In return, OOSA Ambassadors will be expected to help raise the profile and reach of OOSA to support more out of school providers get the help they need.You'll be expected to be part of and contribute your experience and knowledge to your fellow OOSA Ambassadors to create a truly supportive mastermindexperience.

OOSA Ambassadors will receive:

  • An exclusive Mastermind environment over 12 months (worth over £1,000)
  • 6 individual coaching or mentoring sessions with Rebekah, plus direct access via WhatsApp messaging (worth £750 + a 'money can't buy' WhatsApp group!)
  • 2 x in person days - one in June 2024 and one in October 2024 (worth £500 each)
  • Discounted first access to all new programmes
  • Your own affiliate scheme
  • The opportunity to deliver support and training on behalf of OOSA, where appropriate 

OOSA Ambassadors will be expected to:

  • Act as a true Ambassador for OOSA, raising the profile of OOSA to increase reach and visibility
  • Help us to grow to reach more people to increase our impact
  • Become the 'sounding board' for new ideas, products and services
  • Attend mastermind sessions and support each other
  • Deliver two pieces of content for OOSA to use - this could be a newsletter article, podcast recording with Rebekah, case study or present at an event or training session

Please note:

The total value of support received under the Ambassadors programme is in excess of £3,000 per person

The programme runs over 12 months from April 2024 - 2025 and there is a  £125 monthly commitment per person from OOSA Ambassadors for 12 months.
