Cancelling your order

When you place an order with us, your rights to cancel that order are as follows:

Downloadable products: (eg template packs) Once you have started to download the product you do not have the right to cancel your order.

Shippable products: (eg USBs) You can cancel your order for any reason so long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You will have to pay for the cost of the return postage. To obtain your refund you must return the item to us unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. If the item is a USB, we will only issue a refund if the seal is unbroken.

Subscription: Membership of the Out of School Alliance automatically runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your membership unlocks all digital content on the website automatically. By purchasing membership and accessing the website you lose the right to cancel your membership and receive a refund.

If a product is faulty we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. For more details about the terms of your contract of sale with us, see our Terms and Conditions.
