The Early Years Lead Professional will lead practice within the setting, ensuring that children aged 2-4 years old experience a broad range of play and learning opportunities, to enable them to develop knowledge and skills as a foundation for good future progress through school and life. As well as being an experience Early Years Professional, you will work effectively with stakeholders and parents to develop positive and effective relationships.
Essential Requirements: Qualifications Level 3 and above as is hands on experience with at least 3 years’ experience working within an early year’s environment. Proven ability to manage a team
